Eating Well

I am a believer that nutrition is not a one size fits all. Every-body was created differently and what works for one person doesn’t always work for another.

Food was always a struggle for me and to be honest sometimes I still have my “off days” .
– I restricted food as punishment for something “bad” I ate
– I counted calories like it was nobodies business… the lower the number the better.
– I ate when I was happy and when I was sad. It became my best friend and my worst enemy. (emotional eating can be a tough habit to break and will take time)

But today I have a new approach to my nutrition and health. It’s simple! I listen to my body and give it what it needs. (notice I didn’t say what it “wants”)

I enjoy a whole food balanced (*Gluten & Dairy Free) diet and I am learning to love all that God created me to be. Inside and out.

I want to help you have that healthy relationship with food you are longing for. And to walk in Freedom with Food

** I have a Gluten intolerance and a dairy allergy. I follow an unrestricted Paleo diet because it is what makes me feel my best.
