Hey Hey! Happy Saturday. Happy weekend.
Two of my kids are away on a retreat with the youth group this weekend so it is just Jeremy and us. By the look on his face he is not too happy about that. It is amazing how quiet it is and in about 4 years this will be our everyday life. Hard to believe.
I did it. I splurged and got myself a Hydroflask. I just think water tastes so much better out of a metal bottle instead of plastic. I have had my eye on this color combination for months! I was excited when I ran into Dicks Sporting Goods to check out their selection and they had exactly what I wanted! yay! Don’t you just love it when that happens?? Also put my stickers from Redbubble on it. So fun looking.
With summer hopefully coming soon I have my eye out for new tank tops to where when I am running (and when I’m not) This one describes me to a “T”. Give this website a look, they have some great things. I have a few on my birthday wishlist for sure.
I don’t know about you, but when I was a kid and we had a project to do including a diorama, it was all on me to do it. My parents didn’t help. At all. Apparently it is not like that anymore. Parents actually do the project. Here is my end result. Passover Story. What do you think ?

I am not a huge fan of seltzer and when I do occasionally buy it I get the La Croix brand. I found this peach & pear flavor at whole foods. Yummy.
I have a long run tomorrow for my training and I have a hard time with fueling before and during my runs because of the sugar thang! I found these banana chips and I am going to give them a try. I am thinking they will be easy to stuff in my pockets and pop in my mouth when I need a boost.
Saturday- 4 miles; Monday – 4 miles; Wednesday – 4 miles; Friday – 4.70 miles; Total of … 16.70. Not bad.
I am looking forward to my long run tomorrow. It is going to be a bit warmer and less windy. I am already fueling today for that run and I plan to share all about how I do that next week.
