Don’t you just love it when you hit a milestone.
Before I had my breast implants removed my health was deteriorating so fast that I couldn’t run at all. Which was so devastating for me; I really love to run. So when I ran 5 miles this week I was so happy to be on my way back! Plus my entire outfit matched that day and I didn’t even do it on purpose. I am also wearing my Apple watch which I LOVE!!
It really helps to have the perfect playlist. I have about 5 different ones just for running depending on my mood. This is my new favorite song! I use Spotify for all my music. I am able to have 5 accounts linked in our family for one very low price.
This book, has played a significant role in my Journey to Freedom from emotional eating and self image issues. I have the privilege of teaching it to a group of women at my church. What an amazing feeling to be sharing from your heart and leading others on their own Journey. I love when things come full circle like that. (as you can tell it has gotten A LOT of use!
Have you ever tried this? I have to admit at first I was skeptical. Not quite sure of the taste but after a few times…….Kombucha has become a favorite! It is for sure a runner up to my Starbucks addiction. This mango flavor as been my go to lately.
Anyone who knows me well knows I love to eat a snack before bed. Sometimes healthy, sometimes not so much. Ha! Tonight was a more “not healthy” version, though I have to say as far as cookies go these are not so bad. I got the recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks for Paleo cooking.
