After my Whole 30 I fell in love with these Sweet Potato Fries. They are my go to starch and they are so yummy and easy to make.
I average 1 sweet potato per person.
Using a cutting board trim off the ends of the potato and then thinly slice the rest of it.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray or you can use your oil of choice. I use the spray oil to cut back on the fat.
Then using a tablespoon drizzle Olive oil and gently toss . Again the amount of oil you use is your personal preference.
Bake at 350 degrees flipping occasionally so they cook somewhat evenly.Takes about 20 minutes. As you can see in my picture minedon’t always cook that evenly but I like it like that.
Sprinkle with some salt and Enjoy!
